Cookie Settings

This Cookie Policy explains how Clipraze LLC ("Clipraze," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit www.clipraze.com. It also explains how you can allow or reject non-essential cookies.

For a full description of how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage where needed for the site to function.

How we ask for your choice

When you first visit the Service, we show a cookie banner with two actions:

  • Allow — you consent to optional analytics and support-chat cookies in addition to essential cookies.
  • Reject non-essential — we use only essential cookies. Analytics and chat tools are not loaded.

Your choice is stored in an essential cookie named clipraze_cookie_consent for up to 12 months. We also keep a server record of each Allow, Reject, or later change (including date, IP address, browser, and whether you were logged in) so we can demonstrate consent if required. An essential visitor cookie named clipraze_consent_vid links those records to the same browser. You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the website footer or the button on this page.

We do not treat ignoring the banner as consent. Until you click Allow, optional tools stay off.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a rejection of non-essential cookies unless you later click Allow.

What types of cookies do we use?

  • Essential cookies: required for login, security, session management, and remembering your cookie choice. The Service cannot work properly without these.
  • Analytics cookies: optional. If you click Allow and we have analytics enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser, and device type).
  • Support-chat cookies: optional. If you click Allow and live chat is enabled, the chat provider may set cookies so you can message support.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies to target you across other websites. Ads on Clipraze are served through our own advertiser system.

Data that cookies may involve

Depending on the category:

  • login and session state
  • your Allow or Reject choice
  • IP address and approximate location
  • browser and device information
  • pages visited and how the site is used

We do not use cookies to record mouse movements.

How to control cookies

  1. Use Allow or Reject non-essential on the banner.
  2. Click Cookie Settings in the footer at any time to choose again.
  3. Change cookie settings in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may break login and other features.
  4. Enable Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser to opt out of non-essential cookies.

If you switch from Allow to Reject, optional tools stop loading on the next page view. You may also want to clear cookies stored by those tools in your browser.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.
